Starts an Epos Now → Supabase sync on Home Assistant (last 16 days of product lines + daily totals). Takes about 1–2 minutes. Then click Refresh on the toolbar to reload the tables.

Nightly automation is configured in Home Assistant (see epos-sync/homeassistant.yaml.example). Use the current epos_sync.py that writes daily_epos_products.
